Initial examination: we will take a thorough look at your smile to identify the areas of decay that need to be addressed. We may also take x-rays to aid our diagnosis.

Preparation: After numbing your tooth, the decay is removed and your tooth is then restored with composite resin (tooth coloured filling). As your tooth is numb, the treatment should be painless. Finishing touches: Once the filling has been placed, it is hardened with a blue light within a few seconds. The filling is then polished smooth. You’re then ready to leave the practice with a newly-restored and decay-free tooth.
